Corporate workshops and the “momentum” that brought the Junior Enterprises together!

The JADE Spring Conference continued with its second day in KU Leuven University. Junior Entrepreneurs had the opportunity of developing and acquiring new skills through the partners’ workshops.
JADE’s partners – Simon Kucher & Partners, Covestro, Wavestone, ING, Nike, Amaris, Agorize, EFQM, EIIL and Volkswagen Consulting – covered a range of topics, from talks about innovation, future and excellence, to how to start your own business and how you choose your first job.
In the meanwhile, the One Big Team – representatives of each of JADE’s member countries and the JADE Team – held their General Assembly to discuss about the common development of the Junior Enterprise network in the future.
Soon after the workshops, a brand-new moment during the JADE event took place – the Magna moment, a unique experience, to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Junior Enterprise concept. The peak performance speaker Helio Vogas from HV International performed a motivational speech where he demonstrated the importance of believing in oneself to achieve one’s goals and ambitions.
