My Mothers

By Nio, ES

 China UNlimited___How long ago my earliest ancestors were nomads in one of those primitively vast and scenic frontiers, they would never have imagined the reformed images of these lands today, nor expected to have overseas descendants.

Yet, I am, a Chinese root European citizen whose pulse never stop adoring her motherland – where the Yellow River keeps rolling in its eternal roaring charm to breast-feed all ethnics over centuries; where poems and worships keep coming from elsewhere – the legendary sons of the dragon.

One can only have a unique biological mother but several adoptive ones wherever the destiny is set.

Yet one can feel proud to consecrate his mother tongue to help building the cultural and Friendship Bridge amongst them.

Where is this magnificent goddess temple?

Beyond, where the sunset glows godly blessed;

the rolling clouds mingling the golden dragon,

the grass and tress revere the heaven.

Yinchuan, is in her fascinating evening gala.
