Programme: Global Citizen – Volunteer Internships

Area of Focus: Volunteer

The project is based on working with University and high school students of 15-24 years old. The main task is to design effective training according to established educational program on topics such as entrepreneurship, soft-skills, cultural difference, career planning and leadership. The intern will keep in touch with project team before the internship and create trainings in advance. Deliver trainings using various training methods in order to stimulate proactive thinking, increase awareness about personal values and how to choose professional way according to them. Organize extra-curriculum activities with participants with the help of project  team (discussion clubs, workshops etc.) Present results of the project on the closing ceremony.
