Dan Mullaney, Chief US Negotiator for the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), and Ignacio Garcia Bercero, Chief EU Negotiator for the TTIP, started the 7th round of talks to establish the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), in Chevy Chase, in the Maryland.
