The concept of primary health care (PHC) has been accepted by all countries as the key to the attainment of Health for All.

It has also been accepted as an integral part of the country’s health system. However, how to promote PHC to the young health workforce? like an answers element, we can promote PHC to the young health workforce by an opening of the young network health workforces and also Improving the conditions of work of all primary care health workforce.

To promote PHC to the young health workforce by an opening of the young network health workforce, At the Global Conference on Primary Health Care in Astana, WHO launched the PHC Young Leaders Network which is a community of early career PHC professionals from across the world, who are passionate about advocating for primary healthcare. Otherwise, To promote primary healthcare to the young health workforce by a Improving the conditions of work of All primary care health workforce can be done by improve remuneration, recognition and access to clinical resources.
