The Junior Enterprise concept is gathering every year more passionate students that are always looking to do more and better, improving the world where they live with their entrepreneurial spirit.

The JADE Spring Conference is the main international Junior Enterprise Network event in Europe, taking place between the 7th and the 10th of March and it occurs every year in Brussels, bringing this year more than 400 Junior Entrepreneurs from more than 15 European countries, as well as Brazil and the United States of America.

In 2018, our conference motto was “We Generate Impact” and, while we continue to do it, this year we want to go further and position ourselves in a world continuously changing taking our “Step into the Future”. This year is about entering a new era for the Junior Enterprise Network, not only reviewing all our history, but making clear what are the goals we want to achieve in the next years.

JSC was a game changer for our Junior Enterprise and myself. Having the opportunity of getting to know Junior Entrepreneurs from all over Europe and exchange ideas was very important for our growth and strategic planning.”- Maria Bexiga, JSC18 Participant

On the first day, we are going to have the privilege to count with a keynote speech by MEP Fernades and the participation of other highlight Keynote Speakers with the purpose to inspire our Junior Entrepreneurs. Also, we want to showcase that, not only we impact our own Junior Enterprises, but we are also contributing for a better society, impacting the way Education is faced in Europe.

During the following days of our conference, the participants will have the opportunity to attend dedicated workshops, delivered by the event´s partners, experienced professionals from well-known companies, and they will have some news comparing with previous years. These moments will help our Junior Entrepreneurs to develop their skills and improve some of their qualities.

Besides that, participants will also have the chance to exchange some of their Junior Enterprises best practices through some Networking Sessions, providing the environment to create more synergies in the Conference, aiming towards the development of our Network.

I think for me it was a turning point – I felt really connected to this Network and part of something much bigger than just my Junior Enterprise” – David Gomes, JSC17 staff

To close the event in the best way possible, we will have the Excellence Awards Ceremony – the most expected moment of the whole conference, during which 6 Junior Enterprises in the Network will be distinguished in different categories, with the purpose to challenge our Junior Enterprises to exceed themselves every year. Junior Enterprise of the Year; Most International JE; Most Socially Responsible JE; Most Promising JE; Most Entrepreneurial JE; and Most Innovative Project are the categories of the European awards.

The JADE Spring Conference is a unique opportunity to meet Junior Entrepreneurs from all over Europe and exchange best practices between each other, aiming to an higher integration of the Junior Enterprises Network represented by JADE – European Confederation of Junior Enterprises.
